Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective pre-planned lessons across various subjects and year groups.
* Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment, ensuring student focus and participation.
* Implement school behaviour policies consistently to uphold high standards of conduct.
* Provide appropriate support and guidance to pupils, fostering their learning and development.
* Collaborate effectively with departmental staff and senior leadership when on longer placements.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all students under your supervision throughout the school day.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
* Possess strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners.
* Demonstrate excellent adaptability and resilience when working in new environments.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for secondary education and supporting student progress.
* Have an up-to-date Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one.
* Be available for immediate opportunities, ranging from daily cover to extended contracts.
