Key Responsibilities
• Support children in their daily learning activities and play.

• Observe, assess, and report on children's developmental progress.
• Encourage independence, social skills, and creative expression through play.
About You
• Possess previous experience working with early years children.
• Hold a relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years, or equivalent.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Show a genuine passion for supporting children's holistic development.
• Be a proactive team player with a flexible and adaptable approach.
• Maintain a patient, empathetic, and professional demeanour.
