Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to primary pupils with SEMH needs, both individually and in small groups.
* Implement effective de-escalation strategies to manage challenging behaviours calmly and confidently.
* Mentor pupils to develop positive coping mechanisms and social skills.
* Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, fostering their self-esteem and engagement.
* Collaborate closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to pupil welfare.
* Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all children.

* Possess demonstrable experience supporting children with social, emotional, and mental health needs, ideally within a primary setting
