• Support positive behaviour management strategies, promoting a calm and productive atmosphere.
• Contribute to the creation of an inclusive environment where all pupils feel valued and understood.
• Facilitate smooth transitions and supervise pupils during non-lesson times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
About You
• Hold a relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or possess equivalent experience in a primary setting.
• Possess a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Be proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
