We are seeking a dedicated SEN Supply Teacher to join a well-established school community in the Beaconsfield area of Buckinghamshire. This role offers flexible opportunities for daily supply and short-term cover within specialist primary SEN provisions. You will be instrumental in supporting pupils with a diverse range of special educational needs, fostering an inclusive and nurturing learning environment from day one. This position is available for an immediate start, providing valuable support across various classroom settings.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual pupil needs within primary SEN settings.
* Provide consistent and effective classroom management, maintaining a positive and supportive atmosphere.
* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and support staff to ensure comprehensive pupil care.
* Adapt teaching strategies to support pupils with varying special educational requirements and learning styles.
* Contribute positively to the overall school community, upholding its values and ethos.
* Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting future planning.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess experience working with primary-aged pupils with special educational needs.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting every child's potential.
* Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to thrive in various classroom environments and SEN provisions.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Committed to continuous professional development and best practice in SEN education.
* Able to manage a classroom effectively, promoting a safe and stimulating learning space.
