Key Responsibilities
* Effectively deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of secondary subjects to diverse pupil groups.
* Maintain a positive and productive learning environment, upholding high standards of behaviour.
* Implement school behaviour policies consistently and fairly, ensuring a safe space for all pupils.
* Adapt quickly to different school environments, departmental structures, and curriculum demands.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of pupils at all times, adhering to safeguarding procedures.
* Provide constructive feedback and support to pupils where appropriate, fostering their progress.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or significant, proven experience as a Cover Supervisor within secondary education.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management and organisational skills, ensuring smooth lesson delivery.
* Exhibit a flexible and adaptable approach to new environments and unexpected challenges.
