About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Assistant to join a well-established school, offering a vibrant and nurturing environment for young learners. This is an exciting opportunity to provide essential support across various capacities, with contract options ranging from daily supply and short-term assignments to long-term and permanent roles. You will play a crucial part in fostering the early development of children, contributing to their growth and learning journey. A competitive daily rate of £95 - £110 is available, reflecting your valuable contribution to the team.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activities for nursery-aged children.
* Assist with the daily care routines, including meal times, personal hygiene, and rest periods.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where every child can thrive.
* Observe and accurately record children's progress, communicating effectively with senior staff.
* Collaborate closely with the nursery team to ensure a cohesive and supportive atmosphere.
* Provide tailored support to individual children, promoting their social and emotional development.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their early development.
* Previous experience in an early years setting or similar child-focused role is highly desirable.
* An understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework would be beneficial.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with children and colleagues.
* A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach to your work is essential.
* You are committed to fostering a positive and enriching experience for every child.
