Key Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated and individualised 1:1 support to a secondary pupil with complex special educational needs.
* Successfully implement and regularly review specific Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) targets for the pupil.
* Actively assist the pupil in accessing all aspects of the secondary school curriculum.
* Promote the development of essential life skills and cultivate greater personal independence.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers and specialist staff to ensure a consistent and supportive learning environment.
* Diligently monitor and accurately record the pupil's progress and achievements, offering valuable feedback.
