About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Science Teacher to join a innovative school in the South East of England. We are seeking an enthusiastic educator to deliver engaging and inspiring Science lessons across the secondary phase. This is a long-term, permanent contract position, available for a September start or sooner, welcoming applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) through to experienced teachers at MPS or UPS levels. You will be instrumental in fostering a love for scientific discovery and academic excellence among our students.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver dynamic Science lessons that captivate and challenge all students.
* Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning.
* Contribute actively to the development and implementation of a stimulating Science curriculum.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued.
* Participate in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives to enhance student outcomes.
* Uphold high standards of teaching and learning, continuously seeking to refine pedagogical practice.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and are eligible to teach Science in the UK.
* Your passion for Science is infectious, inspiring students of all abilities.
* You demonstrate excellent subject knowledge across the Science curriculum, with any specialism being welcomed.
* You are adept at differentiating instruction to meet diverse learning needs effectively.
* You are a highly organised and proactive professional, committed to continuous improvement.
* You are an excellent communicator, capable of building strong rapport with students, colleagues, and parents.
