About the Role
We are actively seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Reception Class Teacher to enrich the vibrant community of a thriving school. This key position, available for an immediate start, offers remarkable flexibility with contract options spanning long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent placements. You will be instrumental in nurturing the foundational learning experiences and holistic development of our youngest pupils within the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that inspire curiosity and a love for learning.
* Create a stimulating and safe classroom environment conducive to play-based exploration and discovery.
* Conduct continuous assessment of pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
* Cultivate strong, positive relationships with parents and carers to support children's learning journeys.
* Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and welfare for all pupils.
* Contribute collaboratively to the wider school community and its continuous improvement initiatives.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* Applications are warmly welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) eager to develop their practice in a supportive setting.
* Experienced teachers (MPS/UPS) are encouraged to apply, bringing their expertise and leadership.
* You exhibit a genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to inclusive practices.
* An excellent communicator, you build rapport effortlessly with children, colleagues, and families.
* You are adaptable, resilient, and proactive in fostering a positive learning culture.
