Key Responsibilities
• Supervise students and maintain high standards of behaviour according to school policy.
• Facilitate learning by ensuring students are engaged with and completing pre-set work.
• Promote a safe, orderly, and positive learning environment within the classroom.
• Respond appropriately to student queries and provide support where necessary.
• Report any significant issues or concerns regarding student welfare or behaviour to relevant staff.
• Uphold the school's ethos and contribute to its vibrant community spirit.

About You
• Possess previous experience working with young people in an educational setting.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport effectively.
• Exhibit strong behaviour management techniques and a proactive approach to classroom control.
• Show adaptability and resilience when faced with varying classroom dynamics and subjects.
