About the Role

This varied role offers incredible flexibility, with opportunities for daily supply, short-term assignments, long-term contracts, and even the potential for permanent positions, starting as soon as possible. You will play a vital part in ensuring continuity of learning across diverse subjects, contributing positively to our students' educational journey. The remuneration for this fulfilling position is £145 - £160 per day, reflecting the valuable contribution you will make to our vibrant school environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Effectively deliver pre-planned lessons, ensuring continuity of learning for all pupils.
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies, fostering a productive and respectful atmosphere.
* Inspire and motivate students across various secondary subjects, adapting to different age groups and abilities.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils under your care, adhering to safeguarding procedures.
* Communicate effectively with teaching staff regarding pupil progress and any classroom observations.
* Demonstrate versatility and adaptability when covering different subject areas and year groups.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent relevant teaching qualification.
* Demonstrable experience working within a secondary school setting.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage diverse learners.
* A adaptable and resilient approach, thriving in dynamic educational environments.
* A genuine passion for education and fostering positive student development.
