About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a exceptional school in the heart of Berkshire, seeking an inspiring Maths Teacher to contribute to their thriving department. We are searching for a dedicated educator to deliver engaging and challenging lessons across the secondary key stages, fostering a love for mathematics in every student. This long-term, permanent contract offers a competitive salary paid to scale, with a preferred start in September or sooner for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated Maths lessons to diverse secondary age groups.
* Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
* Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment where all students feel valued and encouraged.
* Contribute actively to the development and implementation of the departmental curriculum.
* Participate in extracurricular activities or clubs related to mathematics, enriching student experience.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance teaching strategies.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a degree in Mathematics or a related field.
* Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a passion for teaching mathematics to young people.
* Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for an exceptional start or an experienced practitioner seeking a new challenge (MPS/UPS).
* Possess strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire a diverse range of learners.
* Show a commitment to continuous professional development and contributing to school life.
* Exhibit a positive outlook and a collaborative approach to working within a team.
