* Support children's personal, social, and emotional development through positive interactions.
* Prepare and organise learning resources to enhance classroom experiences.
* Supervise small groups or individual pupils during learning tasks and play.
* Contribute to maintaining a stimulating and safe learning environment for all children.
* Observe and report on children's progress and achievements to the class teacher.
About You
* You possess a genuine passion for early years education and child development.
* You have previous experience working with children within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* You are an excellent communicator, able to build rapport with children, staff, and parents.
* You demonstrate a proactive and adaptable approach to classroom support.
* You can work effectively as part of a dedicated and collaborative team.
* You hold relevant qualifications or experience pertinent to a teaching assistant role.
