About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a forward-thinking school in the vibrant Hertfordshire area, specifically within Hoddesdon. This vital role involves providing comprehensive support across primary classrooms, contributing to a positive learning environment for all pupils. We are open to discussing various contract types, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent arrangements, offering a competitive daily rate between £95 and £110. Your immediate start would be highly valued in this rewarding position.

Key Responsibilities
* Support pupils across the primary phase with their learning and personal development.
* Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
* Prepare and organise classroom resources and learning materials effectively.
* Provide targeted support to individual children or small groups, including those with Special Educational Needs.
* Promote positive behaviour and a nurturing atmosphere within the classroom.
* Contribute to maintaining a safe, tidy, and stimulating learning environment for all.

* You possess relevant experience working with children, ideally within a primary school setting.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting young learners and fostering their growth.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are among your strengths.
