Key Responsibilities

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a genuine passion for special educational needs.
* Demonstrate proven experience working with primary-aged pupils with a range of complex learning needs.
* Exhibit a strong understanding of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and their effective implementation.
* Possess exceptional adaptability, creativity, and resilience in tailoring educational approaches.
* Command excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
