Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver creative, engaging Computing lessons across the secondary age range.
• Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to facilitate learning.
• Foster a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive and achieve their potential.
• Contribute actively to the ongoing development of the Computing curriculum and departmental initiatives.
• Utilise a range of teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of pupils and encourage critical thinking.
• Uphold the highest standards of pupil welfare and safeguarding within the school community.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Computing or a related field.
• Demonstrate a proven ability to teach Computing effectively at secondary level, from ECT to experienced MPS/UPS.
• Exhibit comprehensive subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for technology and its applications.
• Inspire and motivate pupils, cultivating their curiosity and confidence in computing concepts.
• Implement excellent classroom management techniques to ensure a productive and respectful learning atmosphere.
• Show a strong commitment to continuous professional development and collaborative working.
