About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a inclusive school in Northamptonshire, seeking a dedicated Physics Teacher to inspire secondary students. The position is a long-term, permanent contract, commencing in September or sooner for the right candidate. You will be instrumental in fostering a love for science, specifically Physics, and potentially contribute to Chemistry teaching within a vibrant department. This role offers a chance to shape young minds and contribute significantly to academic success across key stages.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging Physics lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
* Assess student progress effectively, providing constructive feedback and support.
* Cultivate a stimulating and positive classroom environment where all students can thrive.
* Contribute actively to the development and implementation of the science curriculum.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and enhance departmental outcomes.
* Utilise a range of resources and technologies to enrich the learning experience.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and are passionate about Physics education.
* We welcome applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as experienced MPS/UPS professionals.
* Demonstrable expertise in Physics, with the ability to teach Chemistry to at least KS3 is highly desirable.
* You possess a genuine commitment to raising student attainment and fostering curiosity.
* An excellent communicator, capable of building strong rapport with students, parents, and staff.
* You are dedicated to continuous professional development and innovative teaching methods.
