Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive one-to-one and group support for pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
* Assist with personal care routines, maintaining dignity and promoting independence where appropriate.
* Facilitate engaging sensory stimulation activities tailored to individual pupil needs.
* Implement tailored therapy programmes under the guidance of specialists, contributing to pupil progress.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers and external professionals to create a holistic support plan.
* Contribute to monitoring and recording pupil progress, celebrating every achievement.
About You
* You possess genuine empathy and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by pupils with PMLD.
* Previous experience supporting children with profound and multiple learning difficulties is highly desirable.
