Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and accessible lessons across a diverse range of adapted curriculum subjects.
* Effectively manage classroom dynamics to foster a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
* Provide tailored educational support to students with a wide spectrum of Special Educational Needs.
* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and fellow staff members to ensure learning continuity.
* Adapt teaching strategies and resources creatively to meet individual student requirements.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and participation throughout each assignment.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
* You possess significant experience working with secondary-aged students within an SEN environment.
* You demonstrate excellent behaviour management skills and a proactive approach to student engagement.
* You exhibit strong adaptability and resilience when transitioning between different classroom settings.
* You are deeply passionate about championing the educational development of every student.
* You communicate clearly and effectively with students, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
