Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver highly effective intervention programmes for individual and small groups of pupils across primary year groups.
• Continuously assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs and accelerate attainment.
• Collaborate closely with class teachers to identify specific learning gaps and align intervention with classroom curricula.
• Develop and utilise creative, engaging resources that capture pupils' interest and reinforce key concepts.
• Maintain accurate records of pupil attendance, progress, and outcomes for review and reporting.
• Foster a supportive and encouraging learning atmosphere where every child feels valued and confident to participate.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a genuine passion for primary education.
• Bring demonstrable experience in delivering effective interventions across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
• Possess a thorough understanding of the primary national curriculum and strategies for addressing common learning barriers.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Exhibit a compassionate, patient, and resilient approach to supporting pupils with varying needs.
• Be proactive, organised, and capable of working both independently and as part of a dedicated team.
