Dunbar Education is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Business Studies to lead the department at a thriving mainstream secondary school located in Hounslow, West London. This is a permanent position commencing in September, offering a competitive salary paid to scale plus a TLR payment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Business Studies department, fostering a culture of academic excellence.
• Develop and deliver an engaging and up-to-date curriculum for Business Studies.
• Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential in Business Studies.
• Oversee departmental resources and contribute to school-wide development initiatives.
