About the Role
An innovative school in Bedfordshire is seeking a dedicated Key Stage 2 Class Teacher to join its vibrant primary team. This pivotal role offers a fantastic opportunity to shape young minds and contribute to a thriving learning environment, with flexible contract options available, including long-term and permanent positions. We are keen to welcome an inspiring educator who can commence as soon as possible, bringing their passion for teaching to our enthusiastic pupils. This position is open to applications from newly qualified teachers (ECTs) through to experienced professionals at the Upper Pay Scale (UPS).

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver stimulating, curriculum-aligned lessons for Key Stage 2 pupils.
* Systematically assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to foster academic growth.
* Cultivate a supportive, inclusive, and challenging classroom atmosphere where every child can thrive.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and fellow staff members to enhance learning experiences.
* Communicate proactively and positively with parents regarding pupil achievement and wellbeing.
* Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and promote the welfare of all children.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and hold relevant academic qualifications.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for Key Stage 2 education and pupil development.
* Exhibit outstanding classroom management skills, ensuring a productive and respectful learning space.
* Inspire children with creative teaching methods and a positive, encouraging demeanour.
* Committed to continuous professional development and reflective teaching practice.
* Communicate clearly and effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues alike.
