This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving primary school located in the heart of Berkshire, seeking a versatile and dedicated PPA Teacher. You will play a crucial role in providing essential cover across Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, ensuring continuity of high-quality learning experiences for all pupils. We are open to discussions for a variety of contract types, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or even a permanent position, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, adhering to school policies.
* Plan and prepare differentiated learning activities that cater to the diverse needs of pupils.
* Maintain a positive and productive learning environment, fostering pupil engagement and respect.
* Assess pupil progress informally and provide feedback to class teachers on observed learning and behaviour.
* Collaborate effectively with year group teams and other staff members to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
* Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Possess demonstrable experience teaching across the primary age range (EYFS, KS1, and KS2).
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to build strong rapport with pupils quickly.
* Demonstrate a flexible and adaptable approach, thriving in dynamic educational settings.
* Have a genuine passion for inspiring young learners and supporting their holistic development.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues.
