Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons to diverse primary classes, following established plans or adapting where necessary.
* Foster a positive and productive learning environment that encourages pupil participation and progress.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a safe and respectful space for all learners.
* Collaborate with school staff to maintain continuity of learning and support pupil development.
* Provide constructive feedback to pupils, monitoring their understanding and addressing any misconceptions.
* Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience teaching across the primary phase.
* Demonstrate exceptional adaptability and resilience when transitioning between different classroom settings and year groups.
* Exhibit strong behaviour management strategies and a proactive approach to classroom dynamics.
* Hold a genuine passion for inspiring young minds and nurturing a love for learning.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with pupils and colleagues.
* Be highly organised and capable of planning and delivering engaging lessons with minimal preparation time.
