About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Intervention Teacher to join a forward-thinking school in Hertfordshire, starting as soon as possible. We are seeking an inspiring educator to deliver targeted support across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, ensuring every pupil reaches their full potential. This vital role involves working with small groups and individuals to enhance learning and bridge attainment gaps in core subjects. We welcome applications for various contract types, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent positions, offering flexibility to the right candidate. The daily rate for this impactful role ranges from £150 to £180, reflecting the importance of this specialist provision.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver highly effective intervention programmes tailored to individual pupil needs.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress meticulously, adjusting strategies to ensure maximum impact.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and parents to support holistic pupil development.
* Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that fosters confidence and a love for learning.
* Provide regular feedback on pupil attainment and contribute to pupil progress meetings.
* Contribute to the wider life of the school community through positive engagement.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
* Demonstrate successful experience in delivering targeted interventions across primary year groups.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families.
* Be passionate about making a tangible difference to pupil outcomes and fostering academic growth.
* Show initiative, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
* Exhibit a positive and resilient approach, inspiring all learners to achieve their best.
