About the Role
We are seeking a versatile Secondary Supply Teacher to support a range of inclusive schools across the Bushey area in Hertfordshire. This dynamic opportunity offers significant flexibility, with options for daily supply, short-term, long-term, or even permanent contracts available. You will be instrumental in ensuring continuity of learning across various subjects, stepping into diverse classroom settings as soon as possible, with a competitive daily rate ranging from £145 to £160.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-planned lessons effectively across a variety of curriculum subjects.
* Uphold a positive and productive learning atmosphere for all pupils.
* Actively engage students to maintain their focus and participation.
* Adhere strictly to individual school policies and established procedures.
* Implement effective strategies for managing classroom behaviour.
* Seamlessly integrate into different educational environments.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or demonstrable relevant teaching experience.
* Proven experience working within a secondary school setting is essential.
* Demonstrate exceptional adaptability and a proactive approach.
* Exhibit outstanding classroom management and organisational skills.
* Communicate clearly and build positive relationships with ease.
* Hold a genuine dedication to fostering student progress and engagement.
