Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across various primary year groups.
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Follow pre-planned lesson materials and schemes of work effectively.
• Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to pupils, fostering their progress.
• Collaborate positively with support staff and colleagues within each setting.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience within primary education.
• Demonstrate adaptability and resilience in managing diverse classroom settings.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport quickly.
• Hold a genuine passion for inspiring young learners and fostering their development.
• Be highly organised and capable of following established routines and plans.
• Have the flexibility to undertake daily, short-term, and long-term assignments.
