We are seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join an exceptional school. This vital role involves supporting the learning and development of our youngest pupils within the Early Years Foundation Stage. You will be instrumental in creating a stimulating and nurturing environment where children can thrive and reach their full potential. This position offers a daily rate of £95 - £110 and is available for an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
* Support individual children and small groups within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging educational activities.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
* Help to maintain a safe, tidy, and stimulating classroom space.
* Contribute to the assessment and tracking of children's progress.
* Provide focused support for children with additional learning needs.
About You
* You possess previous experience working within an Early Years Foundation Stage setting.
* A genuine passion for supporting the holistic development of young children is essential.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team is crucial.
* You are patient, adaptable, and possess a nurturing approach.
* Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant certificate, are highly desirable.
