We are open to discussing various contract types, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent arrangements, to find the perfect fit for the right candidate. You will play a crucial part in creating a positive and stimulating learning atmosphere for our youngest learners within a supportive setting in Buckinghamshire.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide attentive care and supervision for children in the nursery setting.
* Support the planning and implementation of engaging activities that promote learning and development.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.
* Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, nap times, and personal care.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team approach.
* Observe and record children's progress, sharing insights to inform future planning.
About You
* You possess a genuine passion for working with and supporting young children.
* You have relevant experience in an early years setting, ideally as a Nursery Assistant.
* You demonstrate an understanding of child development and effective early years practice.
* You are an excellent communicator, capable of engaging positively with children, parents, and staff.
* You are a proactive team player who can contribute constructively to a collaborative environment.
* You hold a nurturing and patient approach, ensuring every child feels valued and secure.
