About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a forward-thinking school in the vibrant Hertfordshire area. This fulfilling primary role offers a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110, supporting pupils across various key stages. You will provide vital classroom assistance, contributing to a positive learning environment and fostering student development. Opportunities for long-term, short-term, daily supply, and even permanent contracts are available, starting immediately.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide engaging classroom support to the class teacher and pupils.
* Work effectively with individuals and small groups to enhance learning outcomes.
* Assist in the preparation and organisation of learning materials and resources.
* Support pupils with a range of needs, including those requiring SEN provision.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
* Supervise pupils during independent work, group activities, and break times.

About You
* You possess proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within a primary setting.
* A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development drives your approach.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships.
* Your empathetic and patient nature allows you to connect effectively with pupils.
* You are adaptable, proactive, and keen to contribute positively to a school community.
* A solid understanding of safeguarding principles and practices is essential.
