Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons to secondary school pupils.
* Foster a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages scientific inquiry.
* Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to aid development.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance the Science curriculum and departmental initiatives.
* Actively participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the wider school community.
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievement, and behaviour.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* You hold a strong academic background and a genuine passion for Chemistry.
* You are capable of teaching Science, with a specialism in Chemistry, across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and potentially Key Stage 5).
* You are dedicated to creating a positive and effective learning experience for all pupils.
* You demonstrate excellent communication skills and a commitment to continuous professional development.
