Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and meticulously track pupil progress, providing regular feedback and reporting.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience within a UK primary setting.
• Demonstrate a proven ability to raise attainment and accelerate progress through targeted interventions.
• Exhibit strong pedagogical knowledge across the primary curriculum, including phonics and early literacy.
• Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Be highly organised, adaptable, and proactive in identifying and addressing pupil needs.
