This is an exciting opportunity to shape the foundational learning journey of our youngest pupils within an engaging Early Years Foundation Stage environment. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about early childhood development and committed to fostering a love for learning from day one, with various contract options available including long-term or permanent positions, paid to scale.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement a stimulating and age-appropriate EYFS curriculum that encourages curiosity and development.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment where every child feels valued.
* Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor pupil progress and inform future planning.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning experience.
* Maintain open and productive communication with parents and carers regarding pupil achievement and well-being.
* Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and child protection at all times.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
* Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT), or an experienced professional (MPS/UPS) with a proven track record of inspiring young learners.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for early years education and a commitment to pupil well-being.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
* Show initiative, adaptability, and a proactive approach to continuous professional development.
* Be committed to creating an inclusive classroom where every child can thrive.
