About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Supply Teacher for a well-established school located in Kettering, Northamptonshire. This vital role involves providing flexible daily supply and short-term cover across specialist SEN secondary school settings. You will be instrumental in supporting pupils with a wide range of special educational needs, ensuring continuity of learning within adapted curriculum areas. This is an immediate opportunity to make a significant impact on young people's educational journey.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to secondary pupils with diverse special educational needs.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour, fostering a supportive and respectful learning atmosphere.
* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and other support staff to meet pupil requirements.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils in line with school safeguarding policies.
* Contribute positively to the school community during your assignments.
* Provide clear and constructive feedback to pupils, supporting their progress.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant UK teaching experience.
* Demonstrate proven experience working with secondary pupils in an SEN environment.
* Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of different special educational needs and effective support strategies.
* Be highly adaptable and flexible, comfortable working in various school settings.
* Show excellent classroom management and communication skills.
* Hold a genuine commitment to fostering an inclusive and nurturing educational experience for all.
