A dynamic school in the Towecester area of Northamptonshire is seeking dedicated Secondary Supply Teachers and Cover Supervisors to join their adaptable team. This flexible opportunity offers a range of contract types, including daily supply, short-term, long-term, and even permanent positions for the right candidate. You will be instrumental in providing essential cover across various subjects within secondary education, ensuring continuity of learning for pupils. This role offers an excellent daily rate of £145 - £160, and an immediate start is available for suitable applicants.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging pre-planned lessons across a variety of secondary subjects, adapting effectively to diverse classroom environments.
* Manage pupil behaviour with confidence, fostering a positive and productive learning atmosphere for all pupils.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils in your care, adhering strictly to school policies and safeguarding procedures.
* Provide clear and constructive feedback to pupils, encouraging their academic progress and developmental journey.
* Collaborate professionally with teaching staff and support teams to maintain a cohesive educational experience.
* Uphold the school's values and ethos, contributing positively to the wider school community during your assignments.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant experience as a Cover Supervisor within a secondary educational setting.
