Dunbar Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Psychology to join a welcoming secondary school in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. This is a permanent, part-time (0.5 FTE) position commencing in September. The successful candidate will be paid to scale.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and effective Psychology lessons to students across relevant year groups.
• Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to foster student understanding and interest in Psychology.
• Assess student progress through a variety of methods and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to the wider development of the Psychology department and the school.
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
About You:
• Hold QTS or equivalent qualification.
• Have a strong understanding of the Psychology curriculum.
• Possess excellent classroom management skills.
• Be enthusiastic and committed to student success.
• Have a passion for teaching Psychology.
• Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
