Key Responsibilities
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour to uphold a constructive learning atmosphere.
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans, ensuring students remain engaged with the curriculum objectives.
* Supervise students undertaking work set by the absent teacher, providing clarification and support as needed.
* Respond promptly and appropriately to immediate student needs and queries.
* Uphold school policies and procedures consistently, ensuring student welfare and safety.
* Report back to relevant staff regarding student progress and any incidents that occurred during the lesson.
About You
* Possess proven experience in a classroom or youth-based setting, demonstrating strong leadership.
* Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with young people.
