You will have the flexibility to take on daily supply, short-term, or long-term contracts, with potential for permanent roles, supporting an inclusive school environment. Your role will involve delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects, covering for absent colleagues and contributing positively to the daily life of the school.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various secondary subjects.
* Manage classroom dynamics positively, upholding school behavioural policies.
* Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all students.
* Adapt quickly to different school structures and daily routines.
* Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and the wider school community.
* Provide consistent cover, ensuring educational continuity during staff absences.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
* Possess recent experience working within secondary school environments.
* Demonstrate exceptional adaptability and a flexible approach to diverse assignments.
* Exhibit strong classroom management skills, promoting a productive learning atmosphere.
* Show a genuine passion for inspiring young minds and facilitating their academic progress.
* Communicate effectively and build positive rapport with students and colleagues alike.
