About the Role
This is an outstanding opportunity for a dedicated Maths Teacher to join a well-established school committed to academic excellence and student development. The role involves delivering dynamic and effective mathematics lessons to secondary school students across various key stages. We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate professional to contribute significantly to our vibrant learning community on a long-term or permanent basis, with a start date in September or sooner.

Key Responsibilities
* Planning and delivering engaging mathematics lessons that cater to diverse learning needs and abilities.
* Assessing student progress rigorously and providing insightful, constructive feedback to support their growth.
* Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where all students feel valued and encouraged.
* Collaborating effectively with departmental colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best teaching practices.
* Contributing to the wider life of the school through participation in extracurricular activities or school events.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student achievement, attendance, and behaviour.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent relevant teaching qualification.
* A genuine passion for mathematics is evident, alongside a proven ability to inspire young people.
* You have experience teaching mathematics at secondary level, or you are an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to launch your career.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills allow you to build strong rapport with students, parents, and staff.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and proactively seek opportunities to enhance your teaching craft.
* An organised and resilient approach to teaching, learning, and classroom management is essential.
