About the Role
Join a progressive primary school offering an immediate opportunity for a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to support young learners. This rewarding role allows you to foster early years development within a nurturing and stimulating environment. The position offers flexibility with various contract lengths, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or even permanent opportunities, with a competitive daily salary ranging from £95 to £110. You will be instrumental in delivering exceptional support across the Early Years Foundation Stage, making a tangible difference to children's educational journeys.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of engaging and age-appropriate learning activities within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* Provide tailored assistance to individual pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs, ensuring inclusive participation.
* Collaborate closely with the class teacher to plan and prepare effective educational resources and experiences.
* Foster a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and development.
* Assist with general classroom management, ensuring a calm and productive atmosphere for all children.
* Observe and accurately report on children's progress and achievements to the class teacher.

About You
* Possess a genuine passion for early years education and supporting young children's development.
* Demonstrate prior experience working within an Early Years Foundation Stage setting.
* Hold relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with children and colleagues.
* Show a proactive and adaptable approach to supporting diverse learning needs, including SEN.
* Have a strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and child protection policies.
