About the Role
An ambitious school in the West Midlands is seeking an enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Class Teacher to join our vibrant primary community. We are looking for a dedicated educator ready to make an immediate impact, with various contract lengths available, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or a permanent position. Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver high-quality, inspiring lessons tailored to Key Stage 2 pupils.
* Cultivate a nurturing and stimulating classroom atmosphere where all children feel valued and encouraged.
* Accurately assess, record, and report on pupil attainment and progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents to support holistic child development.
* Actively promote the school's positive ethos and high expectations for behaviour and learning.
* Participate in curriculum development and contribute to the broader life of our school community.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
* Applications are warmly welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs), as well as experienced educators at Main Pay Scale (MPS) and Upper Pay Scale (UPS) levels.
* You are passionate about creating dynamic learning experiences that inspire curiosity and foster academic growth.
* Your classroom management skills are exceptional, ensuring a productive and respectful environment for all pupils.
* You are a collaborative professional, eager to share best practices and contribute positively to a supportive team.
* A commitment to continuous professional development and a genuine desire to make a difference in children's lives are essential.
