About the Role
Join a innovative school in Milton Keynes seeking a dedicated Reception Class Teacher. This pivotal Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) role offers flexible contract options, including daily supply, short-term, long-term, or even a permanent position, allowing you to shape the vital initial educational journey of young pupils. You will be responsible for creating an engaging and supportive learning environment for our youngest learners, fostering their curiosity and development from the outset of their primary education.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement a creative and challenging EYFS curriculum tailored to diverse needs.
* Cultivate a vibrant and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to early learning and exploration.
* Monitor and assess each child's development, providing constructive feedback to support their progress.
* Engage proactively with parents and colleagues to foster a collaborative educational partnership.

* Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and child protection for all pupils in your care.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience or a profound passion for Early Years Foundation Stage education.
* Demonstrate a deep understanding of early childhood development and effective pedagogical practices.
* Exhibit excellent organisational skills coupled with a creative and adaptable approach to teaching.
* Foster a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to thrive.
* Communicate effectively and professionally with pupils, parents, and colleagues alike.
* Applications are warmly welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) through to Upper Pay Scale (UPS) educators.
