About the Role
A highly regarded school in the South East is seeking a dedicated and passionate Reception Class Teacher to enrich their vibrant Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team. This primary school is committed to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment where every pupil can flourish from their very first day. We are looking for an individual who can inspire young learners, cultivate a love for discovery, and seamlessly integrate into our supportive educational community. Opportunities exist for various contract types, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or a permanent position, starting as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that meet the EYFS curriculum requirements.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity and independence.
* Assess pupils' progress effectively, maintaining accurate records and tailoring support as needed.
* Build strong, collaborative relationships with parents and carers to support each child's development.
* Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and pupil well-being within the school setting.
* Contribute actively to whole-school initiatives and the broader life of the school community.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience working within an EYFS setting.
* You exhibit a genuine passion for early childhood education and developing young minds.
* You are an innovative practitioner with excellent classroom management skills and a creative approach to teaching.
* You are a highly organised individual with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* You embrace teamwork and are eager to collaborate with colleagues to enhance learning outcomes.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
