Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver an engaging Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum that meets diverse learning needs.
• Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and independent learning.
• Conduct continuous assessment to monitor pupil progress effectively and inform future planning.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support holistic development.
• Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and child protection at all times.
• Organise and lead purposeful play-based learning activities that promote key developmental milestones.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant for teaching in the UK.
• Demonstrate proven experience within an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting.
• Exhibit a genuine passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Display excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners.
• Thrive as a collaborative team member, contributing positively to the wider school community.
• Show a strong commitment to creating an inclusive and nurturing learning space for all children.
