Key Responsibilities
* Provide attentive support to individual pupils and small groups within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging educational activities that align with the EYFS framework.
* Foster a stimulating and secure learning environment where every child feels valued.
* Support the development of communication, social, and physical skills among young learners.
* Contribute to maintaining classroom organisation and resources effectively.
* Observe and report on children's progress and achievements to the class teacher.
About You
* You possess a genuine passion for early years education and supporting young children's growth.
* You have prior experience working within an Early Years Foundation Stage setting.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with children and colleagues.
