About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher to begin or continue their journey within a dedicated school environment. We are seeking passionate ECTs to inspire young minds across the vibrant primary phases, including Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. A range of flexible contracts are available, from daily supply and short-term assignments to long-term and permanent positions, all offering pay to scale. These fulfilling roles are ready for an immediate start, providing diverse experiences and continuous professional development in supportive settings.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that cater to all learning styles.
* Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere where every child can thrive.
* Accurately assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
* Uphold and promote the school's core values, vision, and educational ethos.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies to ensure a productive learning environment.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to make a significant impact.
* Possess a genuine passion for primary education and fostering a love of learning in children.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills, building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
* Exhibit strong organisational abilities and effective classroom management techniques.
* Committed to your ongoing professional development and embracing new teaching methodologies.
* Bring a positive, proactive attitude and a collaborative spirit to a dedicated team.
