About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Supply Teacher to join a network of highly regarded schools within the Buckinghamshire region. This dynamic role offers immediate opportunities for dedicated educators to provide high-quality cover across various primary phases. You will deliver engaging lessons and maintain continuity of learning, with contracts ranging from daily supply and short-term placements to long-term and even permanent positions. This position offers a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160, providing flexibility and diverse experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-planned lessons effectively to diverse primary age groups.
* Adapt quickly to different school environments and classroom settings.
* Manage classroom behaviour positively, ensuring a productive learning atmosphere.
* Collaborate professionally with existing school staff and support personnel.
* Mark work and provide constructive feedback where appropriate.
* Uphold the school's ethos and policies during your placement.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant for primary education.
* Demonstrate experience teaching across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and adaptability.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Show a genuine passion for fostering a positive learning experience.
* Be reliable, punctual, and proactive in every school setting.
