About the Role
We are seeking an inspiring and dedicated Maths Teacher to join an exceptional school, contributing to a vibrant and supportive educational community where every student's potential is nurtured. Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver innovative and differentiated Maths lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
* Assess student progress effectively, providing constructive feedback to support their ongoing development and achievement.
* Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where students feel empowered to explore complex mathematical concepts.
* Collaborate with colleagues within the Maths department to enhance curriculum design and share best practices.
* Contribute to the broader life of the school, participating in extra-curricular activities and school events.
* Undertake pastoral responsibilities, guiding students to achieve their personal and academic goals.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience teaching Maths at the secondary level.
* You are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) seeking a supportive first role, or an experienced teacher (MPS/UPS) ready for a new challenge.
* You exhibit a genuine passion for mathematics, inspiring students through dynamic and accessible teaching methods.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and eager to embrace new pedagogical approaches.
* You demonstrate excellent classroom management skills, ensuring a productive and respectful learning environment.
* You are a collaborative team player, keen to contribute positively to departmental and whole-school initiatives.
