About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join a flourishing secondary school, supporting student learning across various subjects. This pivotal role involves overseeing classes during teacher absences, ensuring educational continuity and a positive learning atmosphere. You will be instrumental in maintaining classroom standards and facilitating effective student engagement with pre-set lesson plans, contributing significantly to the school's dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-prepared lessons and resources effectively to students.
* Manage classroom behaviour proactively to maintain a productive learning environment.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils under your supervision.
* Provide clear instructions and support to students as they complete their work.
* Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure seamless transitions and consistent student progress.
* Uphold the school’s positive ethos and behaviour policies diligently.

About You
* Possess proven experience in a classroom or similar supervisory setting.
* Demonstrate excellent behaviour management strategies and techniques.
* Exhibit strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for diverse audiences.
